2020.
New Year just around the corner.
An old decade about to come to an end. A new decade is about to start.
This is insane.
Honestly, I think I can say that this past decade, I’ve been living pretty passively just enjoying each memory and living day by day until something new happened. Definitely I can say it’s because of how young I was and how much I was enjoying the way life was, but I am so glad that now I have the ability to document memories, live with a greater intention, and shape my life the way I want it to look like: to be more Christ centered. (I don’t have any regrets on the past decade haha take my word on that! I’ve just realized that wow, life is great. Even if there are bumps here and there along the way, it’s really a blessing to be able to live, breathe, think, and be myself.)
I’ve been thinking a lot. Thinking about my future, thinking about who I am, my identity. Something I want to do for this new decade is to be more reflective and to be able to document a little bit more of that process. Honestly, it starts with keeping up with this blog, which I am so excited about!! Not only is it a little niche where I can rant and share, but it’s a way for me to be reflective, talk with Joyce, look back on photos, and just be myself.
I remember the first day talking with Joyce about starting this blog up and being able to walk together to achieve our goals, keep memories, and have a platform for it. I didn’t really know what to expect and I was not expecting it to come this far but look how far we’ve come, Joyce!!! Wow, we’ve been doing this for a little over a month and look!! So many posts from collabs to our individual thoughts! Our own customized website and even our instagram <3 Wowow. Really speechless and feeling so blessed to have you!!
So there really are a lot of things to look forward to in this new year, this next decade.
A lot of personal growth
More faith and stronger roots in Him
Keeping up with this blog
Making memories
Being more reflective, honest, and realistic (though I will keep some qualities of my idealism :P)
^^one of the most blessed days of my life getting the biggest surprise from my friends :) Dang, getting into college was surreal and honestly thinking about it now, it still is :O
I think I’m going to reflect on this a little deeper in another post but yea, here goes! Just a lil thought on New Year’s Eve eve! Hehe
For we live by faith, not by sight.
Signing off with Faith Hope Love & Joy, Grace

Hi Joyceeee I really love your bible verse connection idea so I think I’m going to try to do the same!! :)
I’ve been thinking about this verse a lot lately, definitely because it’s going to be a new year!
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone and the new is here!
