Anyways, haha back to bein just a tad bit more serious. Not really :P
But it really be finals season. Already.
I’m actually lowkey really sad that my classes are over this semester (all except for one iykyk yikesss). But wow this semester literally flew by within a blink of an eye. I’ll make another post about my reflections about this semester very very soon when I am actually done with fall 2019 and can honestly reflect about it without these finals feelz getting in the way ahaha.
Finals season really sucks. Everyone including myself is so so stressed and tired and not feeling it… Also it’s super cold on campus. And it gets dark really early.
But what I really appreciated was all of the events on campus like drinking a nice cup of hot chocolate with friends, getting a class mugs, ahhhh so cute. And how amazingly supportive everyone was, sending such encouraging messages and checking up on how I was doing. My heart melted wayyy too many times this past week ahaha :) <3
The past two weeks starting reading days, which were on December 10th and 11th, up until my last final exam, which was on December 16th, was quite the journey. The 16th was my last exam but as soon as that ended, I had my composition project to finish up, write a paper with, and submit. So yeaaaa roughhhhh but we made it!
What kept me going? Definitely the fact that I’ve been telling myself that no matter how difficult it is, it’s my job, my duty, to keep my head above the waters and push through all the way until the end. I’ve definitely been extremely humbled in terms of my academics this semester and I’ve learned that sometimes, there are things that I can’t control, but He’s got a greater plan for me. And I trust in that very truth without fear and hesitation.
So, that was my first finals season. One down, seven more to go! Honestly, it was definitely a new experience as back in high school were were way too many ways to get out of finals ahah but overall a great, rewarding time grinding and spending lots and lots of hours with amazing people. I’ll never forget it for sure, and that feeling after finishing, it’s pretty inexplicable. Just a warm fuzzy feeling all around hehe :)

I just got home, as in like home home, and haha I was joking about it with a friend but I kid you not, I took off my shoes, hugged my mom, and immediately passed out in bed for 3 hours. Sleep never felt so good especially in my bed.
So. Winter break. A decent amount of time, but at the same time, not really. So let’s not waste time but enjoy this amazing time off with family & friends!
Follow me for the next couple of weeks on this adventurous endeavor to make the most out of this break and yeee Christmas is so so so so so so so oh so soon!! T-6 days yay!!! <3
